SGI Aviation partners with Aviation Independent Consulting BV
On November 27 2012, Aviation Independent Consulting (AIC) and SGI Aviation signed an agreement marking the start of their cooperation.
"I've been looking forward to establishing this new partnership, because AIC's services complement our own," said Wadick Chomyszyn, CEO of SGI Aviation.
Whereas AIC's clients will now benefit from the technical, IT and regulatory expertise of SGI, SGI will offer its clients the broader legal, quality and regulatory service provided by AIC. Both companies will also cooperate on larger projects requiring an integrated service portfolio.

Aviation Independent Consulting BV signed a consultancy contract with Curacao Airport Holding
On 17 August, 2012 Aviation Independent Consulting BV signed a consultancy contract with Curacao Airport Holding (CAH) to create specific legislation to perform daily space flights form Hato International Airport at Curacao. Mr. Storm van ‘s Gravesande is a member of the expert legal team assembled by Mr. Tim Timmers which, together with civil servants of the Curacao Government, will write the required legislation that has to be enacted by the Government of Curacao. Mr. Timmers has a strong record in supporting Curacao Governments in writing legislation for maritime projects while Mr. Storm van ‘s Gravesande has an extensive background in Air Law. International acknowledged Air and Space Law expert Professor Dr Frans von der Dunk will act as an advisor to the team. It is planned to finalize the legislation for approval by the Parliament of Curacao (De Staten) early 2013. This will be in time for SXC to obtain its License to Operate before the end of 2013 thereby enabling commercial spaceflights in 2014.

The website of Aviation Independent Consulting has been officially launched on Monday July 30, 2012.
